ALL DOCUMENTS

EXCEPTION: 

Documents filed by cities, towns, and agencies of the state are exempt from the $3.00 surcharge.

PLANS: (accompanied by a paper copy)

$15.00 each, plus $3.00 surcharge, for a total of $18.00.

ADDITIONAL NAMES:

If more than four (4) names are to be indexed, an additional $1.00 per each name over 4 is charged.  This includes all grantors and grantees.

MARGINAL REFERENCES:

There is no charge for one (1) marginal reference, but a fee of $13.00 is charged for each additional reference to a previously recorded document.

SUFFICIENT ROOM REQUIRED FOR RECORDING INFORMATION ON EACH PAGE:

If a deed or instrument does not have sufficient room on a page or pages for the location of recording information, the Register may add an additional page for the placement of this information.  A fee of $2.00 will be charged for each additional page.

DOCUMENT RETURN:

A stamped, self-addressed envelope should accompany all documents for their return by mail, otherwise, a postage and handling fee will be charged.

PHOTOCOPY FEES:

Deed/Document Copies $1.00 per page
Plan Copies $5.00 per page
Attestations $1.00 per document
Fax Charge $2.20 per page
