Lincoln County Registry of Deeds

Our internet service is an expansion of the public access already available at the Registry of Deeds. This component is a continuation of our commitment to providing high quality service to all our customers.

Currently the Registry has electronic access to indices dating back to 1954 and images available from 1970 to the present. Additional images are added daily. This effort will continue to be a work in progress until all recorded documents are scanned.

Commercial User Information and fee schedules is as follows:
Activation Fee $25.00
Monthly Subscription $25.00
Print .75 per page
